I recently had my 302 engine replaced with a Jasper engine at Norris Garage, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and expertise, ensuring everything was done right. Additionally, they provided extra care to my Bronco that I was not expecting. For example, the dash light indicators on my bronco had fallen behind the instrument panel (because it's an old truck), and the mechanics at Norris garage fished around the back of the instrument panel to find the small light indicators and glued them back into place - this is just one example of many of how they went beyond expectations to ensure that I was taken care of as a customer. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, answering all my questions and providing updates on the progress. Their transparency and customer service set them apart. I highly recommend Norris Garage to anyone in need of automotive services.
