For example, the dash light indicators on my bronco had fallen behind the instrument panel (because it's an old truck), and the mechanics at Norris garage fished around the back of the instrument panel to find the small light indicators and glued them back into place - this is just one example of many of how they went beyond expectations to ensure that I was taken care of as a customer.
